For an optimum treatment, I need roughly 4-6 weeks growth, or hair length roughly that of a grain of rice.

Leave all that to me! If you want something trimmed rather than waxed, book an additional treatment.

Gents, don't tell me you're not all over this already?
3 times a week please, whether you're getting waxed or not.

Plenty of water please & apply non-fragranced moisturiser regularly. I know it's a pain particularly on the back - but it will make your treatments better.

Try & take a shower, wipes are provided for intimate treatments. Wear something loose & comfortable. We want to avoid tight clothes & rubbing after your treatment.

Gym? Schedule a rest day on & after your treatment.
Holiday? Come 7 days before you go.
Sauna/Jacuzzi? Stay well clear you are asking for trouble.
Date? We want to avoid friction - so 1st base only for a few days!

Your skin will feel sensitive after waxing. Some redness & small bumps are completely normal. Stay cool, relaxed & wear something loose.

If you like a bracing cold shower - that's ideal, but cool/lukewarm will be fine to calm redness & inflammation.

Absolutely no hot tubs, saunas, swimming pools, sunbeds, sun bathing or perfumed cosmetics including deodorants, fake tans etc.

Sooth & hydrate your skin with a little aloe vera or a gentle, fragrance free moisturiser. Avoid products with alcohol, essential oils, perfumes or lots of added ingredients.
I can supply you with the product or make recommendations.

Yes, you feel amazing and look bigger (it was worth the discomfort!)... but try to avoid any unnecessary touching or scratching for a few days.

Ingrowing hairs happen when new hairs get trapped beneath the skin.
Regular exfoliation removes the dead skin cells keeping follicles clear whilst moisturising & hydration keep the skin soft making it easier for new hairs to grow through.
